    That's why you're a democrat.

Taxes are something somebody else pays and you just get the free shit.
Democrats voted for Obama. Democrats vote for Hillary. I've didn't and won't.

I don't get shit for free. In fact I pay to not have health insurance.

To summarize, you're a fucking idiot.
    Just sent in my penalty
Don't believe you but if true

    That

    ...is pretty stupid

I understand the need for taxes, and with the exception of my property tax, I am not overtly displeased with what I pay in proportion.

I think it is a little fucked up my property tax bill is 50% of what my annual mortgage payment is.

I don't believe in property tax. It is a continual tax based on an arbitrary number created by a bureaucrat. As a side note I find it highly amusing that when the Texas Supreme Court ruled property taxes were unconstitutionally high, my rate went down ... but the value of my home went up by 25%. Just below the 26% annual cap increase. I am now paying a higher dollar amount on a lower percentage. One time tax on your property during its transfer of ownership.

I also don't believe in taxing labor or income.

Let's get to a consumption based tax. If you don't spend money, you don't get taxed.

I do believe in corporate tax. This is just an income tax for corporations, so I am a little inconsistent here. However, if they don't invest or promote jobs they should pay a tax penalty.

End of day ... I believe taxes serve two purposes, one is to generate revenue, the second is to modify behavior. To someone's point we can use taxes for good ... and encourage behaviors such as saving and paying off your house quicker.

The challenge is that people also see taxes as a way to support their pet interest and hold power (see Bernie Sanders) and give away free shit.

No matter what our tax structure the fucktards in Washington will fuck it up.

I hear "consumption tax" and that just sounds like a way to make spending money sound like a sin or some shit. Why should you be taxed for participation in the economy? You get the services you get for being a person in the country... Like I understand why it is favorable the richer you become but it doesn't really make logical sense other than as a way to tax poor people relatively more heavily than rich people...

Corporations still need to be taxed. The though that:

    A) You keep the economy stronger by charging low to no income taxes is fucktarded as the lions share or the money goes to the richest of the rich. Bonuses for CEOS' and higher dividend for fatcat shareholders. I'm all for the ones who made the risk to get paid off but they need to pay their taxes to.

    B) if you back off on Corporate taxes, they'll hire more people at higher wages and the income taxes from such employees more than offsets the lost tax revenue form the corporation. This is the most fucktarded stance I hear as that the Corporation won't hire more people at higher paying jobs. they simply off load more work load to current employess. Or hire for a couple dimes on the dollar off-shore.

It's a delicate balance, Corporations need to pay taxes but not a much higher amount than now as they will pull up stakes and leave the Country if taxed too high.

Like I understand the practical purpose of taxing corporations but why does it make sense in an ideal world?

Not to mention that 70% of the economy is consumer spending. A consumption tax is fairly counterintuitive to consumer spending.

Toppy pays more taxes than any Democrat.

Oh wait, no he doesn't, he just shoots off his cake hole like he does.

Shut your cunt, toppy. Nobody believes you're paying anyone's way except you.

You must not know how to read.

    Not uncommon for your ilk.
What is my ilk you little bitch?

I've had a job since I was 12. I've never had any government assistance of any kind my whole life.

Still, my parents paid for my college, and I've never missed a meal I didnt choose to, so I don;t pretend to be gritty and tuff like those that have had a rougher life than I've had. But I bet I'm tuff enough to shut your dumb ass up.
