Only a certain type of person thinks a Sanders presidency would look anything like an Obama presidency. And those people ain't voting democrat, regardless.
Bernie has a very good chance to win. His biggest support comes from the dumbest, most entitled, fastest growing group in America. The 18-24 year old college students. Registered college student voters turned out at an 87% rate in 2008, that voter turn out is not matched by any other demographic.
I'm not worried about Bernie winning though, because I learned a few years ago, about taking care of myself. I am close to getting everything but my mortgage paid off. Once that happens, there isn't anything Bernie and his retarded group of entitled followers can do to me.
What's sad is that these same college students will get their free education, but the degree will be worth as much as what they paid for it, because there won't be much opportunity waiting for them when they graduate.
Teachers- class sizes are growing. Meaning that job rate for teachers is stagnant.
Doctors- Obamacare has transferred profits from doctors into administrative costs of the program. So now Doctors take in more patients at a portion of the income they were once making.
Nursing- see doctors
Tech industry- Natural evolution of technology is making more and more work capable with fewer personnel.
Lawyers/Law Enforcement- With the uptick in social uproar that will occur under Bernie's watch, these two professions, might give the most opportunity for employment. Law Enforcement might be out of the question, because the typical Bernie supporter lacks the fortitude to be in this type of profession. Lawyer on the other hand...there's the ticket.
I'm not afraid of any president. The country will continue to shift toward more statist/authoritative/socialist/interventionist policies like it has been for a very long time.
But at some point, it will all fall apart. Once we started getting the government involved in complicated matters, it was like we started building a house of cards that will immediately collapse unless we keep adding to it. So we keep adding to it....but that just means it's going to collapse harder once it gets too big.
