Thoughts on our defense

Juggernaut, no, but pretty good. After Nick Holt was canned (needed All Americans like he had at USC), UW hit a home run with Justin Wilcox as DC. Also added was Peter Sirmon and Tosh Lupoi, but the unheralded get was DB coach Keith Heyward from Oregon St. I was always impressed with OSU's DB even though they never got the big time players.

We saw the defense improve dramatically as the season went on last year and the beatdown to BSU confirmed UW's defense was on the right track. The DBs and LBs are playing very well. We do have some talent and depth issues along the DL though.

Our defense improved dramastically as soon as Sark became HC. Really looking forward to his second season.

Our dline is a major concern. We saw it rushing 4 vs Boise st. BSU has a good offensive line. Maybe this weekend we'll get a better picture of our Dline.
