"At about 1400 hours JUAREZ decided to take a shower in the upstairs bathroom. When she finished showering, she noticed, in the downstairs bathroom, some toilet paper in the garbage can that appeared to have semen on it, which had not been there prior to her taking a shower. JUAREZ knew immediately that PENA-MARTINEZ had been masturbating in the downstairs bathroom while she was taking a shower, and confronted him about it and the possibility that he had been cheating on her with another female. PENA-MARTINEZ told JUAREZ that he had not been cheating on her, and that he was sorry for masturbating in the downstairs bathroom."
