Tough call. How good is Stanford? They lost a lot from last year. I don't think their running game will be that good after losing 4 starting OL and Gaffney and I don't think Hogan is good enough to consistently win without a great running game. That said, Sark has sucked on the road and I don't expect that to change. That's why I'm picking Stanford. I'm not reading too much into last week. I expected USC to blow them out. They looked good though, no denying that.
How will Banner and the freshman on the OL look playing against a stout DL? Can Johnny Nansen's special teams contain Montgomery, who is maybe the best returner in the country? My guess is the OL will look below average and the special teams will have a couple blunders. They are still a Sark coached team. Remember, last year's UW team plungered almost every team they should have plungered. The offense looked almost unstoppable at times. It's in the big games, especially on the road where his teams get tight and melt down.

Easy to disagree but nut up and elaborate. Oh know, I might look like a jackass on HHB. give a prediction you fucking splithair Road.
All those deep, talented line classes that Stanford signed recently are becoming upperclassmen. I wouldn't be surprised if they are the best team in the conference.
I am going to call the 8:52 mark of the second quarter, when Sark shows the facial expression of being completely lost and out of his element. It will be 14-3 Stanford at that point.
Shaw then goes into ultra conservative mode, and Stanford hangs on for a 24-17 win
The bigger question is that if Sark beats the tree, will the doogs all make the false equivalency of that meaning that he would have beat Stanford at UW this year. They already do that with recruiting: "I see these 5 star kids committing to Sark and it makes me want to cry for what could have been".
how many super duper hot true freshmen at USC haven't been punched in the mouth yet? probably by the 2nd quarter a few of these kids will be hearing footsteps.

Road is right, Stanford lost their O line but they replace them with the best class in school history. Sark is coaching USC. Add it up and USC loses
