Despite my flirtatious advances on the main board I have no interest in being a nuisance to the purple nosed mob on the other side or in any attempt to leave any sort of blanket of ash on the ground because the Refuge plug has been pulled. They have enough to deal with these days anyway. Gurgle. Being a nuisance doesn't affect me the way in which it did for say a Mike Demone who seemed to love, relish in the the love and adoration from the crowd which is something I totally admire and envy.
I never spent much time over there despite the warnings from the Halfbrain 101 courses through the years, since my first introduction to the, shall we say, ethics involved with independence and the embracement of your community has proven to be very true.
I stayed put in the Refuge because I shared a dream with management that if I stayed around long enough this cesspool would reignite into what it once was, which wasn’t much, and more so, the dream went, maybe into something even stranger and more compelling. I was even naive enough to believe our new B1G second cousins, half a world away, may get a sniff of the HH in our unholy alliance and be as intrigued as I was all those years ago. World wide domination was the dream and it ends in a whimper over a disease covered Puget Sound. As always.
I guess I had more faith in this place and its belief system than even the management turns out to have had.
Speaking from the tongue of an experienced halfbrain who obviously would rather be an emasculated, infantile complain-ee. This note should be pretty easy to understand.
I don't have the passion anymore, and so remember, it's better to burn out than to fade away.

This board was totally fine. Handful of dwags participated and even with the snark it was decent and occasionally interesting. haie was the original burner and I always thought that routine was funny. never got the serious hate for his schtick but whatever. the original. JW also funny af with really great, among the best on the board, comedic timing. but at his best on the other boards. when you add in the lesser Cobra Kai kids, it just didn’t work
I myself retardedly ran off some real loons in my time. Ballz and all of his derivatives, which was like 16 people. ran @oregonblitzkrieg, who was certifiable, and I think I unintentionally ran off @NorthwestFresh, who was obsessive, humorless and obsessed with me. But I’ve matured since then and now actually wish they were all here, except for Northwestfresh.
