I realize Miles was not starting but from hearing the score I just have to feel ASU will have a chance in Seattle if the defense does not play better, but both teams will be better by the time they meet. Graham had to clean house in just the way Petersen is doing now with the attutude of players that are not "All In" , which was the motto of Graham's first year in Tempe. That takes some time and our players feel after three years finially the selfish attitude is totally gone. I really adimire your coach for doing the same. I was hoping Anu Solomon would be bad in his first game starting as a redshirt freshman but he is the real deal it appears Dawg fans. Tucson will be a hard place for ASU and Washington to get a win on the road this year.

Now more than ever I feel that ASU is a sleeping giant.
I don't disagree, but IMO, it kinda felt that way when they came into the league. Kush had a damn good run there, very Peterson-esque. They were a much better addition to the league than Colorado and Utah, still SMH over those "additions".

Edit - I should qualify my use of sleeping giant in this context. ASU came into the PAC8 as a "giant" from a lower tier conference. I remember having discussions with folks that sounded a lot like those surrounding the idea of a Boise State or Utah joining a "power conference". Some felt ASU was in for a rude awakening, others felt they'd make the conference tougher. IMO they were poised to make the conference tougher. They were already playing in a stadium that ranked among the largest in the PAC8, had fantastic fan support, expectations of winning big, were able to successfully recruit the southwest, and beat big name programs on the field.
