It didn’t feel like anything to me. Certainly not revenge nor cathartic. But then again I’m not much of a rivalry guy.
Lanning still hasn’t won anything. Win the conference then maybe the cycle will be compete and he’ll become the coach everyone already says he is.

Well you certainly have to win a conference title first to begin the recognition.
Oregon used to FINISH on a regular basis. It’s been 5 years now for CCG and NY6 bowl win.

Yes correct. It’s a big trophy. Would be undeniable if it was a worthy opponent. That’s not on him and pretty unfortunate.
But I did mention conference championship AND a big trophy in the same season.
