Welcome to the Hardcore Husky Forums. Folks who are well-known in Cyberland and not that dumb.
A couple interesting Jood quotes from his chat
When asked about the difference in practices between Sark and Peternorth:
"Petersen is a true CEO. Except for the return specialists, he doesn't have much hands-on interaction with any position group. He lets his coaches coach. I haven't heard Petersen curse once at practice, and he rarely raises his voice. He, and the whole staff, are methodical and extremely detail-oriented."
Asked about the staffs ability to recruit:
"These guys seem to know what they want in a recruit, and I think that's a good place to start. Already, with just six weeks to recruit to UW, they landed more four-star guys than they did in eight years at Boise, so I think that's pretty telling. They'll continue to get the occasional big-name guys (think Budda Baker), but they'll also continue to build their classes around the three-star types whom these coaches believe have the right makeup and whom they can shape into the players they want."
Classic confirmation bias.

I just posted a picture. Don't be a twister.
"Husky in exile (well, Oregon) here. Should we have any concerns in recruiting - can't believe this hasn't been asked yet (or perhaps you passed on it!) - it doesn't get me excited seeing us ranked #50 in the team rankings by one of the services. I know Petersen did a lot with "worse" players at BSU, but I am hoping we get at least in the top 30 - hard for me to think it doesn't matter."
When Peterman gets the 4 star tackle from Bellevue to commit, UW will jump 10-15 spots. Most the 4 star guys wait until after the season anyways.
The 2-3* guys you should be wary about are the ones the staff offers next January when they have whiffed on everyone else rated higher (the Sark special, think James Atoe).
