I have used a CPAP have for years. Really changed my life quite a bit. Apnea is pretty common or as one doctor said most anyone with a neck 18" or more has it. True? It is in my case.
Mouth tape is a game changer... went there after reading Breath by James Nestor. Also a book by Patrick McKeown a breaking expert (forget the title right now).
My breathing, sleep, smell/taste have all improved since switching to nose breathing at night and during the day. Hearth rate and blood pressure too.
Yes, CSB... but if anyone actually is interested in this subject check it out. Had no idea the health benefits until hearing Nestor on a podcast one time.
The mouth piece does work well but kind of hurts the jaw because it forces it forward over night. I thought the mouth tape was used if you put those nostril expanders in which also work but I dont use the tape.

There's another one that slowly adjusts the jaw back into its original position, as aging causes many people's jaws to narrow, compressing their windpipe. The adjustable device helps restore the original size of the opening. My P.A. sister-in-law uses one and loves it.

Quite common actually.
Switched over to an orthodontic retainer and have recently been using sleeping mouth tape if anyone cares.
NOC, I know.
WTF is sleeping mouth tape?
Link? Pics?

(I use a little more than he does or I'll start breathing through my mouth).
I now have the Inspire implant.
Love it. It has made multiple changes to my health.
Going down in a blaze of glory with a hooker in reverse cowgirl and a pile of coke on the bedside table.
