I'm assuming they got beat down in their Seattle debut.
Colorado won't win the cup but they still have their core. Seattle has done a great job just to be dangerous. They would take out some other playoff teams, Vegas, Dallas, Minnesota.
Look at my Sharks plus Vancouver. Fucking abortion.
I’ll report back on the “playoff atmosphere” after I attend game 3. Right now I consider both fanbases to be identical collections of commie dipshits who know little about the sport. At least at the Sounders games I’ve been to it was loud, but that was several years ago.
The people responsible for getting the sodo arena cancelled should all be in prison. I had forgotten how much of a pain in the ass it is to even get to key arena (fuck your climate pledge bitch), let alone the lack of amenities once you get inside.
Sat next to an older BRUINS fan and said it would make a lot of BRUIN SENSE if we got to play each other in the finals. @creepycoug Told him Cale Makar is as good as Bobby Orr.
Kraken fans were mostly cool. Ran into my hot coworker and hugged her in front of her husband. Some guy knocked my stanley cup champs hat off my head as I was walking back to my seat during the second intermission. I told the usher not to kick him because I wanted him to watch the 3rd period. Sat in the lower bowl right behind Grubauer for the 1st/3rd, so I got to witness 5 goals by my team up close. Kind of hoping it goes to 6 games so I can go again.
I think the Climate Change Arena and their horrible mascot turned me off from the Kraken. If I still lived in the area, who knows? I don't like or dislike them...they're just a team to me right now.
I became a very casual Canuck fan after the Sonics left. I'll stick with them, even if they're stuck in mediocrity.

My roommates at UW were from Texas and are huge stars fans with autographed shit from their Cup year, so I'm rooting for Dallas plus, yeah, Climate Pledge and the balloon animal logo and some other stuff...I will never be more than a casual observer because they're on TV here.
Doug Wilson crushed my soul with the way he managed the Sharks and how badly they got fucked by Pittsburgh, Chicago, and Vancouver.

But no question, in person is 100x the experience
