A year and a half ago, former Husky Tyrone Rogers emailed me asking why Sark was ignoring his messages and not recruiting his son. He said his son was a quality recruit for Div I as an offensive lineman and his #1 preference was to see him play at Washington. I told him that not only did I no longer write for Dawgman, but I never covered recruiting.
I don't know if Sark dropped the ball or not, but now Tyrone is posting photos of his kid playing for Steve Spurrier at South Carolina.
Na’Ty Rodgers, a 6-foot-5, 280-pound offensive lineman, had publicly said in January 2013 that he would pick between Maryland, South Carolina and Washington.
Would he have made a good Husky? Things that make you go Hmmmmm....
