Healthcare needs to be fixed. It's shitty and costs too much. A solution that costs less and works better needs to be done. Just fix healthcare and everyone will generally be happy. It's pretty much the only thing that is a legit daily problem with the US.
Then I'd say the other big one is the really horrible food we have here and combating obesity. Seriously, its gross and leads to tons of preventable health costs.
Social issues.....like 10% of people really care either way. If someone wants to fight for some shit, whatever, go for it. I'm not gonna get in the way.
