    Verone McKinnley III 2.0?

It wouldn't shock me if we cooled on them recently.

They were at The Opening in Los Angeles recently and their athletic scores were very bad. https://www.theopening.com/2018-los-angeles-results
    Criddell scored a 76.5 and Dollars scored a 74.73.

To put that in perspective, they would be almost 20 points lower than the lowest skill position player at the 2016 Opening (the only full list of results I could find). https://www.theopening.com/2016-to-finals-results
It would put them as the 5th worst performers out of everyone, lumped down there with a bunch of QBs and OL.

Some previous recruits we have signed...
    Sean McGrew - 132.06
    Salvon Ahmed - 127.5
    Elijah Molden - 121.44
    Hunter Bryant - 111.96
Never saw those, it further confirms why I don't like Sean Dollars.

Doesn't flash lateral quickness or vision to run between the tackles in his film, instead just tries to outrun people on the outside. If you're going to be a "speed" back, you better run faster than a 4.8 40 out of high school.

Criddell had good film though. That's a loss that actually hurts imo.
Criddell said himself he ran a laser 4.6 and he is sparq verified at 6’1” and that spreadsheet says 5’11” and 4.8.

Chinned because numbers and data and other things that made you sound photosynthesis.

Real talk though, Dollars and Criddell are both athletic as hell. I don't think their testing results at the opening would be reason for UW to cool on them.
Let’s go with your thought that they are “athletic as hell.” We know that guys like Ahmed and Bryant are always working hard whether at UW or over at FSP getting their work in.

Perhaps those numbers suggest that Dollars/Criddell aren’t putting in that off season work. It’d be one thing if they usually tested in the 110 range and dropped to 105 or whatever. But to be mid 70s ... that’s the type of shit I’d expect out of a Sark recruit. Assuming they head to Oregontheg will fit in nicely there.

This is also why you have to be careful at recruiting too early because some players grow up a ton during the process and some stagnate.
See now that is sound reasoning and definitely what I can agree with. And if that is what HuskyClaws point was then yes, I can agree with him as well.

Granted I'm in a car pretending to be a part of a conversation while I'm actually on HH, but I took his post as saying that UW cooled on them because they aren't as athletic as was originally thought. To which my reaction is, fuck that shit, these two kids are premier athletes at their positions. Their tape is good, there is a reason they're ranked in the top 115 and 75 respectively. UW isn't fading on them because their scores are lumped in with OL and QB's.

Now if you're framing the conversation as:

"Hey Dollars is proving to be a huge diva and seems to love being recruited more than working, we may need to back off this kid."
"Oh shit he's also in Criddell's ear and he's starting to act the same way."
"Oh double shit, these kids just bombed their testing down at the LA Opening Regionals, I just don't think they're putting in the work we're going to need them to put in day in and day out even in the offseason."

Well then fuck me in the ass, I'm boarding your train and we can leave the fucking station.

But my point still stands, they're "athletic as hell". They just (edit: are) really fucking lazy and/or divas.

They're not athletic as hell. I'd take Criddell in a heartbeat, but unless there's some serious injury issues here neither of them are athletic as hell. If they were they would have shown it.

Bru McCoy, that fucker is athletic as hell. Criddell and Dollars are average athletes for D1 football recruits. You can make up for that with superior technique and instincts which I think Criddell has (and Dollars doesn't), but they just proved they're not athletic as hell.

In defense of the two future quacks, it says it was raining that day so the 2016 comps are pretty useless unless they were in the rain that day as well. Comparing them to otheres who were at the same event is fair though, and they still makes them average at best.

It’s Nike verified. He was listed at 6’0” in the 2017 roster.
    So Nike verified 2017 > Nike verified 2018? Got it. And 6'0" in 2017 and 5'11" in 2018 = verified 6'1". I think I got it now.

    Thank you for your service.
His hudl is Nike verified at 6’1”, he was listed at 6’0” at the same event in 2017 but this spreadsheet list him at 5’11” in 2018. Every eval I’ve read on him lists length as his strength. He looks rangy and tall in his film. Personally I don’t really care that much. However, y’all are analyzing data entered in excel and concluding the kid doesn’t grind.
