Richard Armitage was the one who actually leaked Plame's name.
But still...
Even though it was proven he didn't actually do one of them (leak...which Comey admitted to doing) and the main witness of the other recanted and from that the bar reinstated Libby because they found credible evidence he was railroaded by a special prosecutor (not a good parallel with Comey).
