@Sledog sure there are legal consequences but they don't seem harsh enough.

Look at this piece of shit. All he got was 2 years.

Way off topic. That guy was legally barred from possessing firearms and got some anyway.

Society not guns is where the problem lies. We've had guns since their invention but did not have the type of incidents we have now. At least not with this frequency.

What's changed more society and morals or guns? Definitely society and morals. Guns have changed very little in 100 years.

That is wholly not true. Not even close. That's what a 24 hour news cycle does to your brain.
Really whats not true Hondo? Poont it out.
See the bold writing. For fucks sakes man. You knew hear?
You have no facts per usual. Simple liberal dribble. Burgers are burning.
Is your Google broken or you and southerndawg and race choose to remain ignorant?

Oregon lost the Rose Bowl after inventing college football

    Murder rate went down

On the positive side, parking lot rapes in Oregon have gone up every year since.

And you still can't address the subject as you have nothing factual funny or worthwhile to contribute. But hey that's certainly not new.

This is the future if you don't vote. Socialists will eventually seize your guns. They have zero respect for the 2nd amendment. Putting cops in this position is unforgivable. Whoever is in charge of that state should be fucking arrested for violating the constitution.

One of the problems is that the punishments are too lax. In the shithole of California, someone could kill 500, even 10,000 people, get the death penalty and never get kilt. Up the consequences. If you murder someone, you get the death penalty. Regardless of age. If you're old enough to kill someone else, you're old enough to die. And make sure these fuckers die. Give the maximum penalty some teeth. Make these shitheads know that if they do something like this, there is going to be only one result. A final solution you can believe in. @PurpleJ

See below OBK. It doesn't matter if the Reds respect it or not. 26% or more of the states in this country aren't abandoning the 2nd amendment.

The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.

Time to arrest people who violate the Constitution, including everyone involved in the creation of anti-constitutional state 'laws' that violate the 2nd amendment and allow gun seizure for spurious reasons. Time to arrest presidents of universities that don't honor the 1st amendment. Time to arrest sanctuary city mayors and governors of 'sanctuary states.' Time to put the ring sting on these bitches once and for all.

Fucking Christ, you sound just like the same Reds and Nazi revolutionaries you abhor. We don't just start arresting enemies of the state constitution on America, unless its some sort of national emergency- e.g., Lincoln and habeas corpus, Roosevelt and Japanese, etc. I AM FOR RULE OF LAW.
