I don't understand how they can actually support this guy. They should know better from the examples from history, especially the recent history of Venezuela. This isn't about being conservative or being liberal. It's about being on the clock, recognizing the writing on the wall, and getting important shit done to preserve and defend the republic from itself. The republican party is a tool to be used for a time and season to get this done. Most of them will become more corrupted the longer they're in power, like happens with every party. It's why we need to amend the constitution to include term limits.
