You're joking but you're actually hitting on a point. Steve Sarkisian hadn't done shit and was given a head coaching position and right away was one of the top paid coaches in the conference. But Cohen wasn't.
I don't believe all the gender pay gap stuff because there are many factors that often come into play and the discrimination isn't always what the activists claim. But in this case it is curious, the sharp contrast in starting salary relative to colleagues.
Cohen was paid according to her experience to begin with...I was against the (appearance of) cronyism when she was selected and have no problem with where she was ranked in salary. She has clearly shown she is worth more and will (hopefully) be compensated properly.

Just read the story on the female ex-Navy pilot who safely landed the Southwest jet yesterday to see what kind of stone cold assassin of a pilot she is but how fucking hard she had to work to even get accepted into the Naval Academy that men don't have to do...and she couldn't serve in real combat because she is a woman. Anyway, kudos Jen now enjoy the money.
