Doesn't get much better than this track or album for that matter. London Calling is a top 4 or 5 Double LP of all time.

I do enjoy Def Leppard from time to time, but this was an easy call for me.

And it isn't close. The Clash is the shit.

Completely different genres, but I agree. I will say though, I saw them open for the Who in the KingDome and they sounded pretty shitty. But then again, it was the KingDome, acoustically about as shitty as you can get. The Who just powered their way over the shitty acoustics, but they sounded a lot better when they played at the Coliseum.

This is a tough one. The Clash are a more influential Band but Def Leppard had 2 legendary albums that put them over the top for me.

The Clash is for intellectual wanna-bes.

I don't even count anything Def Leppard did after Pyromania. If I did, they would lose to a pile of ostrich shit.

    Yes

I am a HUGE Clash fan, and I don't even know what intellectual means. Your argument is invalid.
If I had to pinpoint the moment I truly understood why your people lost the US it’d be the moment I realized members of your race produced non-intellectual Clash fans.

Well, that or when I heard about smallpox blankets.

I like the part where they were rapping in 1980. Not very creative for some try hard Brit white boys.
