    Let’s prove the point: I say California would be better off in every way imaginable being independent of the US federal government, allowing for a common currency, mutual defense and aid in catastrophe.

    Trump “threatened” to pull immigration police from California.

    This is a rare instance of common interest and mutual agreement. California would approve separation in immigration, trade, taxes, infrastructure, health care...

    Just pull them all and the border gates and guards as well. Treat all exits from Kalifornia as the new border. I'm certain Kali will be fine with the influx of new low wage workers and their friends as well as the wonderful commodities they will export freely.

    Personally I'm enjoying the re-conquest of California by Mexicans. Dumb, frightened libs are the ultimate frogs in the pot and witnessing their slow death en masse, doomed by their own identity politics is a pleasant experience and a lesson to the rest of the U.S. Let Cirrho have his way, and the Golden Bear will be replaced by the Mexican Flag within a decade. Combine that with water costing exponentially more than today, and California will be the perfect dry desert DMZ between the rest of the U.S. and Mexico.
