    Sadly, even that article misses the real problem. The problem isn't the balance of Democrats and Republicans on the FEC. It's not that Democrats denied a waiver.

    The problem is that this commission exists and has the power to review a work of political opinion, or of anything at all. We? have allowed statists to fuck us so long that now even a so-called conservative editorial thanks the political commissars for being lenient. It's all gone.

    According to their supposed ideals, this should enrage Prougressives as much if not more than libertarians. Instead, Prougressives continue to enlarge the throbbing member of the paternal state.
